PURPOSE:To obtain high-purity fine powder of oxide contg. lead which is excellent is dispersion properties by forming powder from a soln. or a liquid material contg. both the various metallic components and halogen and subjecting it to hot water treatment and blending lead compd. to this powder and calcinating the mixture. CONSTITUTION:(a) Fine liquid droplets are formed from a soln. or a liquid material contg. both the various metallic components and halogen and powder is produced by drying and/or pyrolytically decomposing these. (b) The obtained powder is subjected to hot water treatment. (c) Then lead compd. is blended to this powder subjected to hot water treatment. (d) The aimed fine powder is obtained by calcinating the obtained powder mixture at 60-1,000 deg.C temp. As the used various metallic components, Zr, Ti, Mg, Nb, Mn, Sn, Zn, Sb, Al, Fe, Se and Cu, etc., are shown. Pb is optional and may or may not be used. Also a halogen soln. such as a hydrochloric acid soln. and a hydrofluoric acid soln. contg. at least various metallic components or the liquid material is necessitated as the above-mentioned soln. or liquid material, and furthermore the halogen soln. or the liquid material contg. an organic acid soln. such as an oxalic acid soln. and a formic acid soln. therein may be used.
