VAPOR REFLOW TYPE SOLDERING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a poisonous gas by providing the recovery device of a heating medium on the conveyor which comes out of a vapor tank. CONSTITUTION:The recovery device 19 of the heating medium 11 is provided on one part of the passage of the conveyor 14 which circulates a preheating chamber 2, vapor tank 1 and cooling chamber 3. The device 19 is composed of a rotary brush 20 and air knife 25 and the recovery device 19 and vapor tank 1 are linked via a pump 22 and return piping 23. The soldering member 15 carried into the preheating chamber 2 by the conveyer 14 comes into the vapor tank 1 after heating by a heater 13 and is soldered. In succession, the conveyor 14 which came out of the cooling chamber 3 is returned to the preheating chamber 2 again. In this case, the heating medium 11 adhered to the conveyor 14 is recovered by the recovery device 19 and returned to the vapor tank 1 by the pump 22. In this way, it can be prevented that the heating medium 11 is vaporized by the heater 13 and generates a poisonous gas.
