PURPOSE:To prevent the corrosion of the tension member of anchor as well as to raise the bonding strength of the tension member by a method in which a tube is fixed to the periphery of the fixing portion of the tension member and a coil spring is fixed to the periphery of the tube. CONSTITUTION:A covering cylinder 21 filled with oil is covered on a tension member 2, and the friction cylinder 1 of a steel tube is positioned on the periphery of the tip fixing portion. A hardener 3 is injected into the cylinder 21 to fix the member 2 to the cylinder 1. A coil spring C1 is also positioned on the periphery of the cylinder 1 and fixed by welding, etc. An anchor is inserted into a pit and fixed by a grout 4. The corrosion resistance of the member 2 can be raised by the cylinder 1, and the bonding strength of the anchor can be raised by the coil spring C1.
