PURPOSE:To simply manufacture good quality flanged pipe fittings made of Al at a low cost by charging an Al stock from the rear of a container having a flange forming part, pressing and extruding the stock by a pressing plate with a mandrel from a die hole. CONSTITUTION:A hollow extrusion stock 15 made of Al is charged from the rear of a container 8 having a flange forming part 8a whose outside shape is the same as that of a prescribed flange. Next, a mandrel 13 of a pressing plate 12 is inserted through the hole of the stock 15 and also is inserted through a die hole 10 of a die 9 set at the front end of the container 8. In that state, the pressing plate 12 is pressed by the stem 14 to form the stock 15 into a pipe through the die hole 10 opened around the mandrel 13 and into a flange through the above flange forming part 8a. The stem 14 and mandrel 13 are retracted and the die 9 runs away to obtain an Al pipe fitting integrally formed of a pipe part and a flange part.
