PURPOSE:To obtain an extruder which i tiny, simple in structure and that high in kneading and dispersion properties, by so constituting the titled extruder that a large diameter disk which rotates along with a screw is fitted to the tip of the screw and a kneaded material is extruded through a large number of small passages formed on the disk. CONSTITUTION:When a screw 2 is revolved, raw materials supplied within a cylinder 1 is sent to the tip side of the cylinder 1 through a spiral space to be formed between the cylinder 1 and the screw 2. Meanwhile the raw materials are plasticized and kneaded by heat of a heater 3 and friction heat of the raw materials and a kneaded material plasticized and kneaded is fed to a space 10 with pressure. Then the kneaded material is pressed against the surface 4a at an upstream side of a disk 4 and extruded out into a space 11 at a downstream side by dividing into a large number of small passages 7, 7,... provided on the disk 4. In this instance, it follows that the kneaded material receives about constant flow resistance along whichever flow line the same may run as the outer the small passages 7, 7,... are made shorter toward the outer periphery, and the kneaded material is extruded about uniformly extending over the whole surface from the surface 4b at the downstream side of the disk 4. |
