PURPOSE:To improve cutting capability and rate of machining by combining alternately, more than two kinds of blade material viewing from its cut section. CONSTITUTION:As illustrated in the figure, a blade is arranged by a hard part 1 consisting of carbon steel and an intermittent partial soft parts 2 consisting of pure steel. And in order to maintain the strength as a blade, the hard part 1 is laid a long the back of the blade. In cutting process by using this blade, the soft parts 2 an firstly ground, therefore it results in that the soft parts 2 form concave portions and the hard portion 1 forms convex portions. Thus, cutting energy is concentrated on the convex portion and action similar to a saw is obtainable. Moreover, abrasive flows from the concave portions into cutting parts and it becomes unnecessary to lift up the blade several times during a machining process as before, whereby cutting capability and rate can be improved. |
