PURPOSE:To separate out minute air bubbles to adjust the transparency of a transparent plane plate by providing a closed vessel having the transparent plane plate and an air bubble generator which pressures a liquid and a gas to dissolve the gas in the liquid and reduces the pressure of this liquid to discharge it into the closed vessel as a liquid including minute air bubbles. CONSTITUTION:The liquid is supplied in the direction of an arrow (a), and the gas is supplied in the direction of an arrow (b), and they are pressured by a pressure pump 4 to dissolve the gas in the liquid. This liquid with the gas dissolved passes an accumulator 5 and has the pressure reduced and is discharged into a closed vessel 2 through a pressure reduction nozzle 6 and is supplied to the pressure pump 4 again from a discharge exit 7. Minute air bubbles are separated out of the liquid discharged into the closed vessel 2 from the pressure reduction nozzle 6, and the discharged liquid is made cloudy like a milk. Two transparent plane plates 1 of the closed vessel 2 are allowed to face each other with a gap between them and their outside peripheral parts are sealed, and the closed vessel 2 constitute a screen A. The liquid including minute air bubbles is discharged into the closed vessel 2 to degrade the transparency of the screen A, and the transparency is changed by the quantity of the liquid.
