PRODUCTION OF ARTICLE WITH FINE CONCAVO-CONVEX SURFACE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled article of low cost, without requiring any mold, suitable for flexible manufacturing system, by forming a deposit on a base followed by etching the deposit-free part on the base to form a concavo-convex pattern. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 is covered with a mask 2 having pref. fine mesh to perform deposition to form a deposit 3 (pref. 100-300Angstrom thick) followed by etching the deposit-free part on the base 1 to form a concavo-convex pattern, thus obtaining the objective article. It is preferable that a deposit-removing process after said etching is also provided.
