PURPOSE:To reduce the degradation of machining accuracy due to variation in temperature by providing a working liquid cooling device in a liquid circuit after the working liquid is discharged by a supply pump and detecting the temperature of liquid directly supplied to said device to always supply the working liquid having constant temperature. CONSTITUTION:Working liquid added frictional heat by the shaft power of a supply pump 5 to have high temperature is cooled by the heat exchange in a heat exchanger tank 71. The degree of cooling is detected by a liquid temperature sensor 9 and compared with temperature of a liquid temperature sensor 8 of a device body 1 to be finally controlled and fed back. Thus, the temperature variation of supply liquid caused by the power variation of the pump 5 or the temperature variation caused by flow variation even in the same heat generation of pump can be rendered constant by a cooling device 7. Thus, the temperature of working liquid supplied to the main body 1 is equalized to reduce the degradation of machining accuracy due to the temperature variation and provide high accuracy electric discharge machining.
