PURPOSE:To manufacture the tube-on-sheet of light weight inexpensively by welding the long-sized tube material which is situated on one side of a long-sized sheet material in the length direction at the prescribed intervals and by removing both ends of the sheet material by cutting the non-weld zone. CONSTITUTION:The long-sized tube material 2 made of copper is situated on one side of a sheet material 1 at the center part in the width of the long-sized sheet material 1 made of aluminum alloy. The tube-on-sheet blank material 5 having a weld zone 3 and non-weld zone 4 alternately is formed by welding said sheet material 1 and tube material 2 with high frequency each in the prescribed length at the prescribed intervals in the length direction. The part not welded to the tube material 2 at both ends of the sheet material 1 in each cutting body is removed after cutting said blank material 5 at the center part in the length of each non-weld zone 4. In this way the tube 12 is joined to one side of the sheet 11 and the tube-on-sheet 10 that both ends of the tube 12 project more than both ends of the sheet 11 is obtd.
