PURPOSE:To simplify constitution of the titled sensor and to obtain the sensor to function sensitively by moving vertically and oscillating a plumb mechanism without using bell crank mechanism and constituting the sensor so as to sense vertical and horizontal vibrations. CONSTITUTION:When the vibration in the horizontal direction (horizontal movement of an earthquake, for instance) takes place, the base part formed by a lower case 18, an intermediate case 19 and an upper case 29 moves horizontally and since a plumb 30 does not move on account of inertia, a suspended rod 25 vibrates relatively with a contact point of a seat piece 22 with a supporting axis 29 as a center and a push rod 38, a contact point supporting plate 39 and a contact point rod 40 connected with the suspended rod 25 via a cover plate 37 oscillate and in case the horizontal vibration is larger than a prescription, the contact point rod 40 comes into contact with a contact piece 24 and an electrical signal is given. In case the vertical vibration takes place and the lower case 18 falls, the plumb 30 is made in a state to come up with respect to a box 27 on account of the inertia and the contact point rod 40 is pushed up via a plum axis 31, the cover plate 37, the push rod 38 and the supporting plate 39 and in case the vertical movement is larger than the prescription, the contact point rod 40 comes into contact with the contact piece 24 and the electrical signal is given.
