<p>A method for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of hyperglycaemia in humans or non-human mammals, which method comprises the administration of an effective, non-toxic amount of a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, ester or amide thereof, wherein R1 represents a C¿1-6? alkyl, C1-6 alkylaryl or aryl group; R?2¿ represents a hydrogen atom or a C¿1-6? alkyl group; R?3¿ represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group; and n represents an integer of from 1 to 6; and certain compounds and pharmaceutical compositions for use in such method.</p> |
