摘要

PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a contact lens by preliminarily molding a polymer or copolymer essentially consisting of the polytriorgano vinylsilane expressed by the specific formula to a film shape then subjecting the film to compression molding under heating with dies. CONSTITUTION:The contact lens is easily obtd. by using the polymer or copolymer essentially consisting of the polytriorgano vinylsilane expressed by the formula as a raw material and preliminarily molding the same to the film shape and subjecting the film to compression molding by using the dies. The polytriorgano vinylsilane polymer or copolymer is preliminarily molded to the film shape in the above-mentioned manner and therefore, the contact lens which is free from the generation of foam and the intrusion of foreign matter as in the stage of powder molding and is free from optical distortion is obtd.
