PURPOSE:To enable a slat to be simply securely pushed out by providing a cut slat pushing-out air cylinder drivably interlocked with a slat cutting machine in the rear of cutting position. CONSTITUTION:When the height of a blind and the length of a slat material are sent to the input of a control unit 4, the number of assembling stages is calculated by CPU built therein. And when the apparatus is started by depressing a push button of the control unit 4, the slat material 6 sent by a predetermined length from a molding device 2 is cut off by a cutting metal die 13, while having cord inserting holes drilled in the fore and rear of cutting portion by drilling dies 14, 15 and in the central portion by a drilling machine 28. And a discharging device 20 is operated to reciprocate forward a push-out bar by an air cylinder so that a slat 17 on a support member 19 is pushed down onto a slat carrier 26. When this is repeated and the previously calculated number of slats is reached, the apparatus is stopped.
