PURPOSE:To position a specific frame of a film to a prescribed place by providing a means which detects detection marks which are preliminarily given to the film correspondingly to individual frames. CONSTITUTION:Blip marks 34 are printed on a film 28 at intervals of a length corresponding to one frame, and a blip sensor 262 which detects marks 34 is arranged on a process head 176 arranged in a projecting and photographing projector. Thus, the increase of deviation due to accumulation of error is prevented to position accurately a specific frame of the film 28 to a prescribed place of the head 176 even if the film 28 is made long-sized. Recorded information is recorded on a magnetic tape 26, and a designated recorded frame is detected and reported when this frame is designated for photographing.
