A hinge arm (1) is attached to the furniture carcase and is coupled to a casing (4) which is let into a recess in the door panel where it is fastened. The hinge casing (4) is integral with a swivel bearing casing (5) which is open solely to the side of the door panel and the side of the hinge casing (4) where a pivot block unit (6) is m ounted in the swivel bearing casing (5) to swivel about a bolt (7) so as to be displaceable in the longitudinal axis of the pivot about a path defined by an elongate hole (8). The opposite walls (15) of the swivel bearing casing (5) are provided with angular grooves (16) which extend from the edge of the opening (13) towards the door panel side so as to take up the ends of the swivel bolt (7). |
