PURPOSE:A skin cosmetic, obtained by blending diisopropylamine dichloroacetate with Japanese swertia extract and ginseng extract and capable of synergistically acting, producing preventing effect on skin aging in a short time and holding the effect. CONSTITUTION:A skin cosmetic obtained by blending (A) diisopropylamine dichloroacetate with (B) Japanese swertia extract and/or ginseng extract at 1:1-30 weight ratio of the ingredients (A) to (B) in combination. 0.1-1.0wt%, based on the total weight, ingredient (A) and 0.1-5.0wt%, based on the total weight, ingredient (B) are blended in the skin cosmetic. Both ingredients synergistically act on the skin to dilate skin peripheral blood vessels, accelerate skin function, prevent the skin wrinkles, provide fine and moist skin (skin beautifying effect) and further produce excellent improving effect on roughened skin and improving effect on keratin and increasing effect on turnover rate. |
