PURPOSE:To obtain an improver capable of fortifying soft ground with good vertical accuracy by a method in which a stirrer is attached to the periphery of a pile driven into seabed ground in an unturnable manner, and a stirring blade to be turned by a motor incorporated in the stirrer is also provided. CONSTITUTION:A pile 1 is driven into a necessary position in the seabed soft ground 4 and inserted into the central hole 2a of a stirrer 2. In this case, a projection 6 for stopping rotation is attached to the periphery of the pile 1 and a corresponding recession is provided in the hole 2a to stop the rotation of the stirrer body 3. A motor incorporated in the body 3 is turned, a blade 17 is turned, a cable 9a is loosened, and the stirrer 2 is penetrated to a given depth into the ground. While raising the stirrer 2 by the cable 9a, cement milk is injected from a nozzle 16 into the ground. Since the pile 1 plays roles of reinforcing material and guider, improved ground having excellent bearing capacity and high vertical accuracy can be obtained.
