PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly by setting the outside diameter of the intermediate plate of a multiple cylinder rotary compressor smaller than the inside diameter of a cylinder, while setting the inside diameter of said intermediate plate larger than that of the outside diameter of an eccentric cam part. CONSTITUTION:The outside diameter of the intermediate plate 10 of a multiple cylinder rotary compressor is set smaller than the inside diameter of a cylinder 6, while the inside diameter of the intermediate plate 10 is formed larger than the outside diameters of eccentric cams 3a, 3b. thereby, when assembling the multiple cylinder rotary compressor, the intermediate plate 10 can be assembled into the cylinder 6 separately from bearing end plates 5a, 5b, facilitating the adjustment of clearance and the centering of a shaft.
