INCOMING REJECTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To obtain an exchange system where the incoming call is rejected by the intention of the user by allowing an exchange to apply the cut-off/ recovery procedure to a caller side subscriber's equipment generating a call and an incoming side subscriber's equipment when the exchange receives an incoming reject signal as an incoming start reply signal. CONSTITUTION:When a call is generated from the caller side subscriber's equipment, an exchange 40 receiving the call applies incoming start to the incoming side subscriber's equipment. An incoming reject button 31 in the incoming side subscriber's equipment is depressed in this case and when the mode is set to the incoming reject mode, an incoming reject signal generating means 30 returns a transit display signal being an incoming reject signal to the exchange 40 as an incoming start reply signal. In receiving the said signal, the exchange 40 transfers the transit display signal and a busy tone BT to the caller side subscriber's equipment to inform that the incoming call is rejected and generates a cut-off command to both the caller side subscriber's equipment and the incoming side subscriber's equipment to enter the line restoration procedure.
