PURPOSE:To improve response to the changeover of a delivery amount by controlling the shifting speed of a movable member inscribed to a casing depending upon a delivery pressure in such a way that a delivered fluid pressure will instantaneously become a pressure corresponding to a delivery amount after the changeover thereof. CONSTITUTION:The pressure 'P' of a delivered fluid is measured with a pressure sensor 8 and inputted into a control means 17. A piston 3 as a movable member inscribed to a cylinder 2 constituting a pump casing works to control the speed of an actuator 14 for following up a pressure corresponding to a delivery amount after changeover, according to a signal form the pressure sensor 8. Consequently, a drop in response to the changeover of a delivery amount due to a pressure fluctuation does not take place, and said amount can be changed over instantaneously.
