<p>The body of the actuator is divided into two cylinders (3, 4) by a transverse wall (7), a first piston (8) being displaced in one of the cylinders (4), and a second piston (12), formed in two parts (11, 13) connected by a rod (14) traversing the wall, has its first part (11) which is displaced in the first piston shaped as a cylinder, and its second part (13) which is displaced in the second cylinder (3) of the actuator. The fluid is brought selectively either (15) into the cylinder formed by the first piston, or (16) into the second cylinder (6) which communicates with the first cylinder via orifices (21, 22) pierced in the wall (7).
