PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for collation of seal impressions by storing print data on the seal impression registered on a portable card to read the seal print information out of the card in a transaction mode and therefore omitting the retrieval and transmission of a large capacity file for seal print data as well as this seal print data itself. CONSTITUTION:A portable card like 13 an IC card, a memory card, etc. storing print data registered previously is set on a card reader/writer 14. A form 8 containing the print of a seal impression is set at the reading position of the seal print data reader 2. Then a keyboard 5 is operated to input codes of account numbers, etc. The seal print data read by the reader 2 is collated automatically with the registered seal print data read by the reader/writer 14 by a seal print data collating machine 1. Then the result of this collation is outputted through a CRT display 6 and a printer 7. |
