<p>A concentrating apparatus for concentrating fluid products in general,comprising a housing (1) supplied with steam and a vertically extending throughgoing tube bundle (4),includes,within each individual tube having an inner diameter of at least 180 mm,a rotating coaxial member (15) which forms,with the tube (4),a gap (40) having a comparatively much greater cross section than the cross-section of an upper duct for the inlet of the product,which is able of forming on the inner surface of the tube an even product layer having a thickness less than the width of the gap and being so arranged as to facilitate the product layer to downward flow.</p> |
