Machine which comprises a vertical drive shaft for actuating the direction of rotation of a cutting blade 40 and a lower rotary platform 54, which both rotate in the same direction but at different speeds, the lower platform being adjustable in terms of height by means of the wheel 59 which can be actuated by the user in order to determine the thickness of the cut portion, the upper part carrying, at a certain height and supported by the columns 49, a fixed platform 48 on which guide mouldings 47 are applied for the product to be cut, and these mouldings may be replaced by others of different configuration according to the product which is to be cut.
