<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a constitution, facilitate an adjustment and stabilize a characteristic by dividing the output pulse of a digital phase lock loop oscillator and energizing an inverter with the programmable divider to change the dividing ratio in accordance with the active power deviation. CONSTITUTION:Digital phase lock loop (DPLL) oscillators 21a and 21b output an oscillation pulse so as to coincide the output phase of inverters 2a and 2b with the phase of a straightforward commercial power source 5. The output pulse of these DPLL oscillators 21a and 21b is inputted into programmable dividers 22a and 22b and divided at a dividing ratio in accordance with the active power duration given from AD converters 23a and 23b. The divided pulse is outputted to ring counters 12a and 12b as frequency reference signals, by the output of which the inverters 2a and 2b are controlled.</p> |
