PURPOSE:To be able to heat cooked stuff uniformly and improve safety with the prevention of electric wave leakage by forming bored blow-off holes at the central part and bored exhaust holes at the periphery respectively in a positive temp. coefficient heater installed vertically in an oven frame body locating in front of a blower. CONSTITUTION:On a back plate 3a of an oven frame body 3, a blower 3 is installed. In the part of the frame body 3 locating in front of a fan 5a, a picture- frame-shaped fixed frame member 13 is placed. Further, in the member 13 a positive temp. coefficient heater 14 (P.T.C. heater) with a cylindrical suction duct 7 is installed vertically. At the central part of the heater 14 a number of blow-off holes 17 are bored and at the part of the heater locating in the periphery of the holes 17 an number of exhaust holes 18 are bored slantingly in such a way that they are arranged to diffuse radially toward the outside of the oven.
