PURPOSE:To make it possible to supply a low voltage and a high voltage by providing a changeover switch and a switching transistor so that the voltage of two difference systems can be taken out, i.e. the voltage supply to a specified circuit block and the voltage supply to the diode of a variable capacitance. CONSTITUTION:In case a contact point (c) is contacted to a contact point (b) of a changeover switch 27, a switching transistor 16 is turned ON. An emitter resistance 15 of an oscillating transistor 14 is short-circuited and a large oscillating output is obtained, which is turn inputted to a specified circuit block 21 through a switching transistor 23, a rectifying diode 22 and an electrolytic capacitor 28. Moreover, an oscillating output is given to a diode 1 of variable capacitance through an oscillating coil 10, a diode 5 and resistances 2 and 4. When a contact point (c) is contacted to a contact point (a) of the changeover switch 27, switching transistors 16, 25 and 23 are turned ON, the power supply to a circuit block 21 is stopped and a switching transistor 8 is turned ON.
