PURPOSE:To provide a brakeshoe with stable performance and stiff durability as well as with no risk of generating any abnormal sound such as squeaks by mixing 6-nylon as main component with 5-40% low-molecular thermoplastic resin elastomer and 1-10% barium sulfate eutectically, and then molding the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Barium sulfate 43 has higher hardness and smaller factor of friction than low-molecular thermoplastic resin elastomer 42, so that when mixed with 6-nylon 41, they reach equilibrium through eutectical reaction of soft components of the low-molecular thermoplastic resin elastomer 42 and hard components of the barium sulfate 43, to lead to increase in the braking force. This ensures that brakes are applied without generation of abnormal sound such as squeaks even though the share in mixture of the elastomer 42 is increased, and the braking time till stop will be stabilized even in the circumstances with higher frequency of operations, which should lead to a greatly prolonged life of the brake.
