PURPOSE:To exercise an extremely accurate and precise acceleration slip con trol, by furnishing a torque estimating device in an acceleration control device, and arranging it as an additional integration type optimum regulator to carry out a feedback control. CONSTITUTION:At the intake system 2 of an internal combustion engine 1, a throttle valve 7 is furnished to control the intake air flow. Rotation speeds of all the wheels are detected by rotation speed sensors 35-38, and input to an electronic control circuit 40. And an accelerator pedal opening sensor 33 detects the depressing amount of the accelerator pedal 34. A torque estimating means is furnished in the control circuit 40, and the control circuit 40 is com posed as an additional integration type optimum regulator to feedback-control the throttle valve 7. In such a composition, an extremely accurate and precise acceleration slip control can be exercised.
