PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of cracks in magnets and the coming-off of the magnets by integrally fixing the resin magnet for drive and the resin magnet for controlling revolution to a rotor body consisting of a resin filled with a high permeability material. CONSTITUTION:A resin magnet 2 for controlling revolution is fastened integrally to the outer circumferential wall of a rotor body 1 composed of a resin filled with a high permeability material and a resin magnet 3 for drive to an inner circumferential wall thereof by using adhesives, thus constituting a rotor. Accordingly, the difference of the rates of changes of size due to thermal expansion coefficients between the rotor body 1 and the magnets 2, 3 and moisture absorption is reduced, thus preventing the generation of cracks in the magnets 2, 3 and the coming-off of the magnets 2, 3.
