PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of noise, and enhance a driving force, and stabilize a driving performance, by placing specified moldings between an oscillator and a mover. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a piezoelectric body 1, an oscillator 2 is bonded and solidified. Between a mover 4 and the oscillator 2, moldings 3 is placed. For the moldings 3, moldings with rubber-formed matrix oriented on aromatic polyamide fiber cloth is used. |
