<p>PURPOSE:To output a synchronizing output in the hunting state by sending a hunting signal of a hunting control circuit when the number of dissident counters exceeds (N-n) counters, and applying reset of a frame counter and preset of the dissidence counters. CONSTITUTION:The state is in the state of forward protection until the number of dissident counters reaches (15-n). When the number of dissident counters exceeds (15-n), a carry signal G is inputted to a hunting control circuit, and when the carry signal G is inputted, a gate circuit 142 is opened to pass a detection synchronizing signal C, which is outputted as signals K, I through a D flip-flop 143. The signal K presets again the dissident counter 13, the signal I is outputted as a synchronizing signal through a gate circuit 15 and a D flip- flop 16 and clears a frame counter 10. then the dissident counter 13 is preset and the state is restored to the forward protection.</p> |
