PURPOSE:To prevent the magnetic recording part of a form from being damaged by providing a means which prevents toner from sticking on the magnetic recording part. CONSTITUTION:The shield plate 39 of an electrostatic charging corotron 38 is provided with a cover 39a, which prevents a corresponding part of a photosensitive drum 36 from being charged electrostatically. No electrostatic latent image therefore formed at the part nd the part of the cover 39a is made to correspond to the magnetic recording part 2, so that toner from a developing device 40 does not stick on the part of the photosensitive drum 36. Further, when the nap of toner is inhibited by the magnetic brush 42a of the developing device 40 from contacting the magnetic recording part 2, the nap of toner is not formed at the part because the magnetic brush 42a is cut at a position or part corresponding to the magnetic recording part 2 of the recording from 1, thereby preventing the toner from sticking on the magnetic recording part 2. Consequently, data at the magnetic recording part is never destroyed and the magnetictic recording part itself is not damaged. |
