PURPOSE:To eliminate the deterioration of driving characteristic due to abrasion and enable a strong driving force to be obtained, by placing specified moldings between an oscillator and a mover. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a piezoelectric body 1, an oscillator 2 is bonded and solidified, and between the oscillator 2 and a mover 4, moldings 3 is interposed. For the moldings 3, substance with aromatic polyamide fiber cloth with compounded theremosetting resin is used. For the aromatic polyamide fiber cloth, substance made of plain cloth, obliquely woven cloth (twill), satin- weave cloth, or bi-axial cloth wherein aforementioned fabrics are transformed can be used. |
