PURPOSE:To grasp an overall flow of a program with the small memory capacity by storing the execution address of an instruction into an address trace memory of the address indicated by an address trace memory control circuit when the count value of a counting circuit reaches the prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:An execution address is sent from a microaddress register 1 synchronously with a clock. When the count value of a counting circuit 5 is equal to the prescribed value, the circuit 5 issues a storing command to an address trace memory control circuit 6 and increases the addresses of an address trace memory 7 by '1' for storage of the execution address. Then the circuit 5 resets the count value the set value after transmission of a command and counts up again after the input of the clock. As a result, the execution addresses can be stored in the memory 7 for each set count value. |
