PURPOSE:To attain simplification while enabling the security of necessary cooling water at the time of a driving test, by providing a water supply device to one place and providing a cooling water tank to each tester. CONSTITUTION:A first conveyor 1 having a first movable body 2 having an internal combustion engine tester 24 arranged thereto and a second conveyor 6 having a movable body 7 freely supporting an internal combustion engine 20 are provided and constituted so as to synchronously move the movable bodies 2, 7 in the parallel moving part 11 of the conveyors 1, 6 and the tester 24 and the engine 20 are constituted so as to be freely connected by piping. Further, a cooling water tank 25 is provided to the movable body 2 and a water supply pipe 81, to which the tank 25 is freely opposed from below, is provided to the proper place of the parallel moving part 11 which an opening/closing valve 82 is provided to the water supply pipe 81 and the opening operation indicating device 83 of the opening/closing valve 82 is provided to the side of the tester 24. By providing the tank 25 to the tester 24, necessary cooling water 48 at the time of adriving test can be secured and the periphery can be simplified and the equipment can be made inexpensive as a whole.
