PURPOSE:To prevent both a drop and a blowup of an engine rotation frequency, by stopping a waiting correction when the engine rotation is going to blow up at the entering to an idle operation area. CONSTITUTION:When a control unit 19 decides that the engine is in an idle operation area depending on the engine rotation frequency from a rotation sensor 17 and the throttle opening from a throttle opening sensor 16, it is decided whether the engine is in a specific period after entering the idle area from a nonidling operation area or not. When it is in the specific period and when the deceleration rate of the rotation is above a specific value, the waiting correction value is computed, while the waiting correction value is set zero when it is smaller than the specific value. And, a final correction value, which is computed by adding a load correction value when an outer load switch 18 is ON condition, a feedback correction value, and the waiting correction value to the duty correction value, is output to a control valve 12.
