PURPOSE:To improve the input/output transmission characteristic by adjusting a control voltage of a drain follower and a control voltage of a current source transistor (TR) based on a potential difference produced in a differential amplifier circuit receiving an input signal and a drain signal of the drain follower so as to expand the dynamic range. CONSTITUTION:When an input signal voltage rises and an output signal voltage does not follow the change in the input signal voltage, a potential difference is produced between differential input terminals of differential amplifier circuits 14 and 15. Since the gate voltage of a PMOS TR 9 and an NMOS TR 10 falls down and a sufficiently larger current flows from the PMPS TR 9 to a load resistor 3, the output signal voltage follows the change in the input signal voltage in a sufficiently wider range. When the input signal voltage falls down, the gate voltage of the PMOS TR 9 and the NMOS TR 10 rises and a sufficiently large current flows from the load resistor 3 to the NMOS TR 10, then the output signal voltage follows the change in the input signal voltage in a sufficiently wide negative range.
