<p>PURPOSE:To improve the visibility of a video image by reading at a low speed video information written in realtime at every trigger period after an arithmetic means processing or a radar interference canceler (RIC) processing within the same trigger period. CONSTITUTION:Video signals converted to digital data by a sampling clock in an A/D converter 3 are alternately written in a scan memory 5a of 5b via a switch 4 changed over at every trigger period. Then readout output of the memories 5a and 5b is inputted to a data calculating device provided with an adder 20, an EX-OR 22 and an inverter 23 for obtaining the arithmetic mean of the data stored in the two memories 5a and 5b and an inverted output from the inverter 23 becomes an output to be processed by an RIC. This output becomes RIG-processed data or data with the arithmetic means alone by changing over an RIC selecting switch 24. Calculated data written in a scan buffer memory 26 via an AND gate 25 are read out at a low speed and slowly swept and displayed on a CRT, thereby a signal-to-noise ratio and a visibility being improved.</p> |
