PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body having a high sensitivity and a stable electric potential characteristics by incorporating a specific compd. to a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The titled body contains the compd. shown by the formula. In the formula, A has an org. group which has 2, 3 or 4 valent aromatic or heterocyclic aromatic residue, and may be substd., R1 is an alkyl group which may be substd., R2-R5 are each hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, R2 and R3, R3 and R4 and R4 and R5 together with a part of a carbazole ring may each form a condensed aromatic ring. By incorporating the azo pigment to the org. photoconductive body, as the titled body having the high sensitivity and/or the extended wavelength in the sensitive range is obtd, and the stable potential is maintained, the stable and beautiful image is obtd. |
