PURPOSE:To attain the transmission and reception of a normal frame by providing a frame circulation supervisory section cancelling unconditionally a message frame reached at first after the transmission of a frame to prevent the repetitive circulation of the same message. CONSTITUTION:A data transmitter 15-1 sends a message frame A to release a transmission right frame, a data transmitter 51-2 relays an arrived message frame A, applies reception processing when a destination address is coincident with the own equipment address to send a message frame B through the acquisi tion of the transmission right. The data transmitters 51-3-51-n relay the arrived messages A, B and apply the reception processing of the frame to be received. The data transmitter 51-1 erases the frame because the message sent by the own equipment arrives first, relays the message B and the data transmitter 51-2 erases the frame arrived at first.
