AUTOMATIC TRACKING IMAGE PICKUP DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent a mobile body from being at the outside of the screen when the mobile body is moving by using a mobile body region extracting means so as to extract a video signal from an outputted video signal of an image pickup device, using an interleaving means to interleave a picture element and outputting the result as a video signal. CONSTITUTION:The video output from an image pickup device 11 such as a television camera is fed to a frame memory 12, a difference extraction circuit 13 and a person region extraction circuit 14. The frame memory 12 retards the input video image by one frame and gives the result to the difference extraction circuit 13. The output of the difference extraction circuit 13 is fed to a person region discrimination circuit 15, where the person region is discriminated. The region of person is extracted by the person region extraction circuit 14 by using the video signal from the image pickup device 11 according to a command from a person region discrimination circuit 15 and the result is fed to an interleaving circuit 16.
