PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the provision of a controls means for a load equipment to a telecontroller main body by using remote control by an external PB signal utilizing a telephone line so as to control a wireless transmit ter and controlling the load equipment by means of a receiver receiving said wireless control signal. CONSTITUTION:When an external push telephone set 13 is operated and an incoming call is given to the telecontroller main body 14, an incoming call detection section 3 detects it, sends an incoming detection signal to a CPU 6 to activate a reply section 5 for the reply. When the push telephone set 13 operates a pushbutton in a predetermined procedure and sends a PB signal, the telecontrol data comprised of the PB signal is received and reproduced by a PB signal reproducing section 4, the result is inputted to the CPU 6, which decodes the code to control a wireless transmitter 7. The wireless transmitter 7 controlled by the CPU 6 starts the transmission of a wireless control signal and the CPU 6 uses a reply section 5 to apply control reply to the push telephone set 13. A receiver 21 receiving a wireless control signal from the wireless transmitter 7 controls properly the load equipment according to the content of the wireless control signal.
