PURPOSE:To accelerate the operation of a moving body by forming a bearer contacted with the body supported through a buffer member of a material having a mass slightly larger than the body. CONSTITUTION:A rear buffer 19 is made of a nonmagnetic material, formed in a shape extended at its collar 19b from the opening edge of its bottomed cylinder 19a, and elastically pressed through a second buffer 25 between the collar 19b and a second yoke 17, and the collar 19b is elastically pressed through a first buffer 25 by a rear frame 27. The mass of the buffer 19 is selected to that substantially the same as that of or more than a plunger 12, and selected to that of the degree for buffering an impact of a driving pole 23 when colliding with the buffer 19. The energy of the plunger 12 at returning time is absorbed by the mutual effect of the mass of the buffer 19 and the buffering actions of the buffers 25, 26 to reduce the secondary bound of the plunger 12. Thus, the operation of a moving body is accelerated.
