PURPOSE:To prevent the electric nonconductive state due to an overflowed adhesives by selecting the coated quantity of the adhesives to the surface of a diaphragm within the area range of 50-70% to the area of the piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION:A unimorph vibrator is manufactured by adhering and fixing the piezoelectric element 12 such as a ceramic plate to a diaphragm 10 made of a metallic plate or the like by an adhesives 11. The adhesives 11 is adhered to the surface of the diaphragm 10 by printing. The printing is applied in the range of area of 50-70% to the area of the piezoelectric element 12, the piezoelectric element 12 is placed after the adhesion and pressed and fixed by heating and melting the adhesives. Even when the molten adhesives at the pressing is spread between the diaphragm 10 and the piezoelectric element 12, the spread is kept within the area range of the piezoelectric element 12.
