PURPOSE:To produce a polyurethane excellent in flow properties, operability and processability, by reacting a compound containing isocyanate-reactive hydro gen atoms with a polyisocyanate in the presence of a specified catalyst. CONSTITUTION:A compound (A) having at least two isocyanatereactive hydrogen atoms (e.g., polyester polyol), MW of 400-10000, is reacted with a polyisocyanate (B) (e.g., 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate) in the presence of a catalyst (C) comprising 0.1-1.0 pt. wt. triethylenediamine and 0.03-1.0 pt. wt. compound of formula I [wherein R1-4 are each a 1-5 C alkyl, X is O or a group of formu la II or III (wherein R' is R1, p is 2-4 and r is 2-3), m and n are each 1-10 and n = 01 when X is a group of formula III and a chain extender (e.g., ethyl ene glycol), a blowing agent, a foam stabilizer, etc. (D).
