PURPOSE:To obtain the titled molding low in volume reduction ratio and excellent in solvent resistance, by irradiating a premolding comprising a fluoroelastomer-type thermoplastic elastomer with an ionizing radiation in a specified atmosphere, soaking it with an acetone solvent and drying it. CONSTITUTION:The titled molding of a volume reduction ratio, per unit area, <=0.90cm-% is obtained by soaking a molding obtained by irradiating a premolding comprising a fluoroelastomer-type thermoplastic elastomer which can exhibit rubber elasticity at a temperature near room temperature by crosslinking and can show plastic flow when heated and comprising elastomeric polymer chain segments and nonelastomeric polymer chain segments at least either of which contains fluorine at a weight ratio of 40-95:60-5 with an ionizing radiation at 1-50Mrad in an atmosphere comprising 1.5vol% or below oxygen or ozone and the balance of an inert gas or a hydrocarbon gas with an acetone solvent at room temperature for 98hr and drying it. |
