PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent light resistance, by incorporating a specified alkylidene bis(benzotriazolylphenol) compd. in a polycarbonate resin. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. polycarbonate resin which is a high-molecular carbonate of bisphenol is blended with 0.001-5pts.wt. alkylidene bis(benzotriazolylphenol) compd. of the formula (wherein R1 is H, an alkyl; R2 is an alkyl, an aralkyl; X is H, halogen, R2, an aryl, an alkoxy, an aryloxy, an aralkyloxy) and optionally, a heat stabilizer and a phenolic antioxidant.
