Chlorinated poly(vinyl chloride) compositions

A composition comprising an intimate admixture of (a) 50 to 98 parts by weight of chlorinated poly(vinyl chloride) and (b) 50 to 2 parts by weight of an addition tetrapolymer containing the following monomers combined in the polymer structure in the following weight percentages: -Weight Percent -Acrylonitrile 15-35 -Methyl methacrylate 5-45 -Indene 5-45 - alpha -methylstyrene or 5-45 -styrene or a -mixture of both - Where (a) plus (b) total 100 parts by weight, and the total parts by weight of combined indene plus alpha -methyl styrene plus styrene in the tetrapolymer (b) is 38-70 parts by weight.
